I tried so hard to be a “good” girl. Perfect. Poised. Modest. But in the process, I lost touch with my own rhythm. I stopped bleeding monthly. I felt guilt whenever I experienced joy and freedom. I believed I had to hustle to be wealthy and worthy of love. Then, heartbreak cracked me open, and my body finally began to speak. My body danced in a way that was ancient and familiar, and stopped performing for others. My healing began not with strategy but with softness. As I rested in bed on my period, creativity poured out of me and the logo of Shakti Empress was born. It was this full circle moment that made me realize my mission of leading other women healers to do the same….lead, love, & live through feminine embodiment.
